NEW SANFORD WEBISODES
Beginning in April 2009, Sanford Winery began posting monthly Webisodes, an interactive video journal of what is currently going on at our winery and vineyards.
It's a great opportunity for you to watch and learn about Sanford and it's sense of place in the heart of the Santa Rita Hills. Walk the vineyards with Sanford Winemaker and General Manager Steve Fennell, as he presents an insider's view beginning with bud break at the historic Sanford and Benedict Vineyard. Other upcoming webisodes will give you a behind-the-scenes understanding of blending in the barrel room, the significance of particular vineyard lots of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, vine management during the growing season and ultimately the excitement and anticipation of harvest.
A new Webisode will be posted each month throughout the next year, to keep you updated on the progression of the vineyards leading up to the 2009 harvest.
