The 2007 vintage marks the second bottling of this exotic white wine. Inspired by the great wines of France’s Northern Rhone Valley, this wine from the Santa Ynez Valley is called “Flor de Campo”, which is Spanish for wildflower. To preserve the exotic spicy floral character of this Roussanne/Viognier blend we barrel fermented in neutral French Oak barrels. The resulting full bodied wine offers aromas of peach and nectarine, with hints of jasmine. The full palate is balanced by crisp acid and minerality.
