This delicious Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir from our estate vineyards. We select a few of our vineyard blocks with lighter soils to make this lovely wine.
W I N E M A K E R N O T E S
Harvested in the cool of night, then gently pressed after brief contact time in the press, the Rosé of Pinot Noir is fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve the wines freshness. Fermenting to dryness at cool temperatures preserves the fresh strawberry notes along with the flinty minerality for which our region is known. Strawberry, cotton candy, orange peel and guava entice on the nose with crisp acidity while a juicy palate provides impeccable balance. This is a very food friendly rosé and a natural pairing with spicy dishes, grilled foods and charcuterie.
